SAUSAGE, STUFFING AND CHEESE SMASHED POTATOES 🥔🎄 These beauties are so delicious, trust me you're gonna love them! Smashed garlic butter potatoes topped with sausage and sage stuffing and cheese. Cooked to crispy perfection and dunked into gravy 🤤 Perfect for the festive season! What you need - Baby potatoes, boiled Garlic and herb butter Skinless Cumberland sausages mixed with onion and sage stuffing Grated mature cheddar Seasoning of your choice * I followed the instructions on the stuffing packaging and after it cooked down I added it to the sausage meat. * The ratio of sausage and stuffing is up to you, cook to your preference. Method - • Boil your baby potatoes for 10-15 minutes or until it's slightly soft, drain then smash it! Use something flat, I used the bottom of the glass. I also smashed it on baking paper as it helps keep it smooth. • Place the baby potatoes on some baking paper. • Brush on some garlic butter, I melted butter with some oregano, thyme, garlic, pepper, salt and a touch of paprika. • Cook in the oven at 185°C for about 20-30 minutes, you want to bake them so they are just slightly crispy. • Remove the tray and add your sausage and stuffing mix, then sprinkle on some grated cheese and seasoning of your choice. • Place back in the oven for another 25-35 minutes until the cheese is melted. • Serve with gravy!
